TERRY’S USA INSTAGRAM PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. These terms and conditions are for Terry’s USA (@terrys.chocolate.us) Instagram Prize Draw. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
2. The Prize Draw is organised by CARAMBAR AND CO., 9 Rue Maurice Mallet, 92130 Issy-Les-Moulineaux, France.
3. You must be a resident of the USA to enter the Prize Draw.
4. The Prize Draw is free to enter.
5. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
6. Only one entrant per household is permitted.
7. Five winners will be chosen from the entries made on the relevant Prize Draw post.
8.The winner will receive the selection of Terry’s products as represented in the prize draw artwork, unless otherwise stated. The prize is non-transferable and no alternative will be offered.
9. Entry must be made before 23:59 EST on the last day of the Prize Draw, as stated. The draw will be made within 5 days of the Prize Draw closing.
10. The winners will be chosen at random and notified, via direct messaging on Instagram, within five days of the draw date.
11. The winners may be asked to take part in applicable publicity.
12. In order to provide evidence that a Prize Draw has taken place and winners have been selected, the winners agree that their Instagram username can be displayed in future Terms & Conditions, on a winner announcement Instagram story or post, or via direct user-interaction with other social media users.
13. If a winner fails to respond and/or to give a valid USA address within 7 days of this notification, or declines their prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If a winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
14. Employees of CARAMBAR AND CO., its suppliers, agents, distributors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
15. The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England.
16. The Prize Draw may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
