Recipes Rocky Road Doughnuts
- Ingredients:
- 2 Terry’s Chocolate Orange Sharing Bars
- 15g Digestive Biscuits (crushed)
- Mini Marshmallows
- Terry’s Exploding Candy Minis
- Doughnut Mould Tray
Equipment you will need:
- Start by crushing up the digestive biscuits into small pieces, not too small, you still want some crunch! Leave in the bowl to one side.
- In a separate bowl, melt your Terry’s Chocolate Orange Sharing Bars in the microwave, 15 seconds at a time, stirring until smooth.
- Once melted, add your crushed biscuit and some mini marshmallows into the bowl of chocolate. Give it all a good mix.
- Spoon out your rocky road mix into the doughnut moulds and leave in the fridge for approximately 1 hour until the chocolate mix has set.
- Decorate with more marshmallows and some Terry’s Exploding Candy Minis to give your Rocky Road a real POP.
